After my wifes primary care physician went to concierge service she needed a new primary care. Went to PDS medical at Green Valley Pkwy and was walked thru new patient process by Kendra who was very helpful in any steps we didnt understand. We then saw medical asst Sophie who likewise was friendly and informative. My wife then saw Maricel who took her time and was fully engaged with her and never felt rushed. I would recommend!

Was I a bit trepidatious that this was another private equity acquired nightmare? Definitely. But I was glad I didn’t listen to those anxieties. This was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Don, the medical assistant, was kind and caring. From the initial interaction to the blood draw, everything was uncomplicated. After triage, they offered me water, and before Don could bring it back, NP was in. That was a delightful experience as well. I was in and out of this appointment within 40 minutes. I waited less than 15 minutes before the appointment. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
