I called the office hoping to be seen, and despite their busy schedule, they went above and beyond to fit me in the same day. From check-in to check-out, every single person treated me with genuine care and patience even when I could barely speak. Rey, Kendra, Sophie, and my primary care provider Maricel were incredible. They listened closely, took my symptoms seriously, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. They quickly diagnosed me with an upper respiratory bacterial infection and got me the treatment I needed. I’m truly grateful for this team. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help, especially on such short notice are the reasons I’ll remain a patient for life. I recently had my annual medical check-up here, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Kendra checked me in quickly, and I was called back almost immediately. The clinical team took my weight, temperature, blood pressure, and all the usual vitals, then brought me into a room without any delay. I saw Nurse Practitioner Maricel, who was thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. She addressed everything I needed without making the visit feel rushed. I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because I’ve always known PDS/Smile Generation for dental care, not medical. But getting an appointment here was much easier than waiting months somewhere else, and the care I received was great. This location also handles referrals to specialists and can draw blood on-site, which is a big help since not all PDS Medical clinics offer that from my research. They even offer telehealth follow-ups for people who can’t come in person. Overall, the convenience and the quality of care made this a good experience, and I’d come back again for future check-ups.
